Africa in Russia’s Foreign Economic Priorities

Africa’ economic growth and accelerated transition of world economy to a new technological way change significantly the role and place of the continent in the world economic relations. The cooperation South-South and, first and foremost, Africa’s cooperation with “emerging” countries is developing dynamically. Political-economic monopoly of the West is undermined thoroughly.
